Shaun Adamson

I started bike racing in 2000, at the age of 14. I just liked riding my bike and had always been a competitive person, so bike racing just fit. I started progressing and loving it more and more.

It was Bio 20 in high school that really turned me on. Learning about the heart and lungs and how those work and affect your body and the things it does. I was fascinated.

I began pursuing a BPE at Grant MacEwan College in Edmonton, with aspirations of a PhD in Exercise Physiology. As time went on and I moved to the University of Alberta, racing only got bigger and better. I realized that I didn’t want to be in the lab, but to be out on my bike, teaching people what I know.

So I want to take all of classroom education and my cycling and racing experience to help you be the best cyclist you can be; physically, mentally, tactically, and technically. I want to help you reach your goals, enjoy cycling, and enjoy life by passing on all that I have learned and experienced.
